We have a huge three storey block of Apartments with over 170 original timber sliding sash windows with 30 plus doors. All timber/metalwork and pebble dash required three coats of paint and hadn’t been painted for 15 years.Karol provided a detailed and competitive estimate for all the works to be carried out including organising a scaffold around and over the building for the maintenance of our huge chimneys.
Karol and his team (5-6 painters) 2 plasterers, 2 bricklayers, arrived at 7.30am every morning and didn’t stop until the job was completed to an outstanding standard, he always kept us informed at every step of the projects progress, nothing was too much trouble.Myself and all the residents were so delighted with the work; we didn’t want Karol’s team to leave so we asked them to work their magic on our three communal hallways, balconies and a large garage block.
Our grand entrance pillars were in such a poor state (really cracked & damaged) Karol said to me “don’t worry I can make them like new”. We couldn’t believe the final finish, we were so lucky that we chose Karol and his team, who were all 100% reliable, honest and polite whilst also, producing a high quality finish to their work. We will definitely be using Karol and Kadeco decorating services again. Many thanks John Norris

We have used Karol and his team at Kadeco on three homes over 8 years We keep using them because their work is of the highest quality and their prices competitive. Our homes have all been over 100 years old and a little battered, Kadeco’s care in preparation has always provided a great finish to our walls and woodwork. Their friendly team will always take care of the furniture and move items so you don’t have to. They are clean and tidy throughout. We have recommended them to many friends and colleagues and have always received positive feedback.

Karol and his team from KADECO came highly recommended to me. My house had not been painted for 10 years and the interior was looking tired with a number of cracks in the ceiling plaster. Karol visited my house to discuss what I wanted doing, the type and colour of paint. Within a day he got back to me with a price (which was very fair and he stuck to it) and a possible time frame from start to finish. This was all agreed and he and his team arrived and set to work. They covered all the furniture and carpet and worked a full day each day. At times I forgot they were in the house as they worked so quietly! Once they finished a room they cleaned it thoroughly and put everything back in its place. They were very clean, very professional and did an excellent job spending a lot of time in preparing the walls and ceiling before applying the finishing coats. Karol only buys the best quality paint and has the invoices to prove it. They are a very trustworthy company and very honest in their dealings. Karol had a key during the time he was here so that they could come and go without my having to be in all the time. I would recommend them very highly indeed. In fact, my neighbor was so impressed she commissioned them to paint her house and she too, is very happy with the quality of the work.

I was very impressed by the quality of decorating, in addition, he was always on time and turned up when he said he would and left everything in a clean and tidy state during the decorating.
